Job Responsibilities:Oversee end-to-end production of wholesale Salwar Suits.Coordinate with vendors, tailors, and embroidery/printing units to ensure timely delivery.Manage quality control at all production stages.Plan, allocate, and monitor workflow to meet order timelines.Maintain production schedules and handle order tracking.Ensure cost efficiency without compromising on quality.Coordinate with sales and design teams for smooth execution.Requirements:Minimum 3–5 years of experience in garment production (preferably ethnic wear).Strong knowledge of fabrics, stitching, embroidery, and finishing.Good vendor & manpower management skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong organizational and leadership skills.
