
Analyst - Workday Compensation

- Lead the exploration, evaluation, recommendation, design, and configuration of new features and functionalities within Workday
- Configure, test, validate, and implement changes in Workday
- Assist in testing of integrations, security, and annual events
- Maintain master data values in Workday for Compensation (Core and Advanced)
- Act as the key Subject Matter Expert (SME) to determine the right technology solutions to meet strategic business initiatives
- Serve as an SME and work directly with functional owners and review information to ensure data integrity; edit input documents for accuracy and monitor output for system issues
- You will not have any direct reports but will work with a global team of approximately 18 members
- 5+ years of experience with Workday Human Capital Management or other HR systems, preferably across multiple areas
- A strong understanding of Workday Core and Advanced Compensation
- Willingness to obtain and maintain Workday certification in the specified SKU, if not already certified
- Ability to work in a global, matrixed organization and communicate at all levels
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the use of PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and other functions necessary to conduct ad-hoc data audits
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, with a preferred concentration in Business, Technology Services, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- Workday certifications
- Compensation and/or payroll certifications
- Working knowledge of all Workday modules, including areas not specific to this role (e.g., Core HCM, Talent Management, Absence, Time Tracking, etc.)
- Be willing to travel up to 5% domestically
- This role is eligible for working remotely
