Supervisor ofMAIN TASKS Is responsible for acquiring businesses with automotive OEMs in India for Tristone Flowtech's business
 Works proactively between the Purchasing and Engineering organisations internally and at the customers to maintain a consistently high
level of service delivery.
 Levers customer global alliance and ownership structures to identifying further new business opportunities in line with the TRISTONE
strategy.
 With a high level of customer presence and providing a "one face" customer interface, strives to promote TRISTONE Innovations, technical
differentiators and manufacturing footprint towards the customers.
 Maintains the revenue and gross profit , VCM of the account ensuring profitability in line with annual and business approved targets.
 Identifies and exhausts all additional revenue streams opportunities (prototype, tooling engineering sales).
 Ensures the development/renewal of turnover according to business strategic targets. Delivers growth in all business segments/regions,
identifies opportunities pro-actively while meeting customer profitability level and revenue targets.
 Price negotiation with end customers.
 Lead Customer RFQ´s and create cost breakdowns and further documents as demanded by OEMs
 Facilitate the implementation of new services or service enhancements, from time to time
 Facilitate local communication and business activities
 Responsible for development and growth of direct sales accounts; dealing with relevant commercial issues
 Manage relationships with external customer leaders, stakeholders and subject matter experts
 Analyze new opportunities, needs and trends: identify new products or changes to existing products
 Acquisition of new prospects for new direct- and indirect accounts
 Follow up with overdue accounts
 Perform relevant Gates as needed by program management
 Responsible for maintaining and increasing profit margins
 Maintain and update a variety of department files, lists, records, charts and worksheets
 Reporting sales and market activity
 Follow up with the manufacturing plant on getting timely and accurate costs and make sure commitments are satisfied (costs, technical
aspects, quality, logistics, etc.)
 Review customer data portals and complete data entry within portals including tooling records and tooling metrics
 Perform other duties as assigned
 Support running projects as part of the team
 Participate in Aspect Impact analysis
 Support management in risks and opportunities identification.
 Support management in defining effective action for Significant aspects
 Follow defined operational controls to avoid adverse effect on Tristone EMS system
 Participate in MRM and present relevant data to management
 Participate in EMS NC and corrective action relevant to your activity.
 Define Operational control for Significant aspects
 Ensure process are delivering intended outcome including EMS performancePROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES Proven track record in Key Account Management > 10 years in automotive OEM or Tier 1 supply industry, linked to French
OeMs, preferably to RSA.
 Experience in Sales calculation and quotation process
