- Manage end-to-end client servicing for general insurance solutions (e.g., property, marine, engineering).
- Act as the Key Relationship Manager for assigned accounts.
- Drive sales and renewals by identifying upselling opportunities.
- Coordinate internally with underwriting, claims, and operations teams.
- Ensure client satisfaction and high retention rates.
- Strong background in sales and servicing of general insurance products.
- Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and data analysis.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a client-facing role.
- Experience managing broker relationships is a plus.
- Work in a strategic B2B role within a core corporate sales team
