Responsibilities: Responsibility :Lead Generation & Client Acquisition : - Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client visits.- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract potential clients.Sales Presentations & Negotiations : - Conduct presentations, projects demonstrations, and Ex Center Visit to effectively communicate the company's offerings and benefits.- Negotiate sales contracts and terms to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.Client Relationship Management: - Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their design needs, preferences, and budgets.- Provide professional advice on interior design solutions, materials, and initial space planning.Client Meetings and Consultations :- Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients to understand their interior design requirements, budgets, and preferences.- Present the company's services, portfolio, and past projects to clients to build interest and confidence.Sales Presentations and Proposals : - Prepare and deliver detailed presentations tailored to the specific needs of the clients, including design concepts, cost estimations, and timelines.- Develop customized sales proposals and quotations, explaining design plans, costs, and execution strategies.Follow-Ups and Negotiations :- Follow up on leads, nurture client relationships, and negotiate terms to close sales effectively.- Address client queries, concerns, and objections promptly to facilitate a smooth sales process.Sales Administration : - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, contracts, and transactions in the company's CRM system.- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other administrative documents for management review.Site Visits :- Visit project sites to understand work progress and relay updates to clients.- Ensure client requirements are met on-site and resolve any challenges that arise.MOM - Preparing Minutes of Meeting after every client meeting and sharing it with client.Client Feedback and After-Sales Support: - Collect client feedback post-project completion to ensure client satisfaction and use it for service improvement.- Address any post-sale issues or complaints and facilitate solutions to maintain a positive client experience.Pushing for 10% collection (ref:updazz.com)
