Implement and configure SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions to align with client requirements.
Provide expert guidance on best practices in human capital management processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive integration with existing systems.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for stakeholders to facilitate seamless system adoption.
Support system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure optimal functionality.
Analyze client business needs and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
Stay updated on the latest trends and updates in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors to provide innovative solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an SAP HCM or SuccessFactors consultant with a strong background in banking.
Strong understanding of HCM processes and best practices.
Experience with system integration and data migration in SAP environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while meeting deadlines.
