Leading tender team in preparation of technical submissions for pre-tender qualification and tender preparation.
Review tender documents, ensure every information is correct, and summarize critical information.
Coordination with the Government tender committee and related officials.
Search and compile tenders from various Govt. e-tender portals.
Tender search on e-tender portal, Gem, CPP, RFQ, BOQ, study, evaluation and analysis.
Tender participation, taking care of Earnest Money Deposit (EMD), Bank Guarantee etc.
Study the RFQ, BOQ, NIT of the tender and prepare, costing sheet (as per management Approval) and necessary documentation for the tender participation, within the stipulated timeframe.
Maintain record of participated tenders and follow up with the customer regarding tender status.
Making tender related correspondence with customer.
Project execution, handling & completion in stipulated time period.
Attending tender pre-bid meeting as required.
Responsible for generating business from potential prospects through Tender & Bid participation, Govt. liaison and convincing parties, product demonstration, negotiation and follow for the payment collection.
Ensuring that departments within the company are briefed about the general requirements of tenders so that work happens in the company in tandem.
