The role also includes contributing to strategic decisions, solving complex problems, and leading teams or projects. Acting as a professional leader, this position ensures effective collaboration across organizations to deliver workable solutions and provides expert guidance within the organization.Responsibilities:
  • Develops customer-specific architecture within a dedicated area of expertise.
  • Identifies the business groups (BGs) involved and coordinates cross-BG activities during the initial phase of solution development.
  • Captures and manages functional and non-functional requirements using industry best practices.
  • Understands and captures critical inputs from stakeholders and translates them into effective requirements and solutions.
  • Specifies and designs end-to-end solutions through both high-level and low-level architecture design to meet customer needs, while considering market positioning.
  • Applies solution architecture standards, processes, and principles to maintain the integrity of the solution over time, ensuring that it meets the client's requirements.
  • Develops the full scope of the solution, collaborating across organizations to achieve workable solutions.
  • Researches, designs, plans, develops, and evaluates effective solutions in specialized domains to meet customers' requirements and desired outcomes through both high-level and low-level architecture design.
  • Contributes to strategic decisions within the professional area.
  • Solves complex problems using sophisticated analytical thinking and complex judgment.
  • Contributes to the development of concepts that determine the professional direction of their organizational unit.
  • Acts as a professional leader for staff, work teams, or task forces, often being the most senior specialist who serves as a best-practice resource within their unit and is recognized as an expert in the professional area within the business.
  • Leads functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and complexity. Handles day-to-day staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work.
