- Strategy & Architecture:
- Define and maintain the MarTech architecture strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Architect end-to-end solutions across web, mobile, email, social, and paid media platforms.
- Ensure data, systems, and tools are integrated effectively to enable personalization, automation, and measurement.
- Technology Leadership:
- Evaluate, recommend, and onboard marketing technologies (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Segment, Tealium, etc.).
- Define architecture for tag management, tracking, data flow, and customer identity resolution.
- Create architecture blueprints, data models, API schemas, and integration strategies.
- Collaboration & Governance:
- Collaborate closely with marketing, IT, data, analytics, and compliance teams to align on requirements and governance.
- Define and enforce best practices around platform use, campaign setup, tagging, and data privacy (e.g., GDPR, CCPA compliance).
- Act as the SME (subject matter expert) for MarTech, supporting platform users and business stakeholders.
- Implementation & Optimization:
- Lead or oversee technical implementation of MarTech platforms and integrations.
- Support performance tracking, and analytics strategies.
- Continuously evaluate performance of tools and propose enhancements
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of MarTech specialists and support staff internal and external, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Compliance & Security:
- Ensure all MarTech solutions comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
