Our client is an emerging tea manufacturer and sellers based at North India but caters to B2B clients, Corporates and HoReCa companies. They have a plan to expand in international market and grow the business 2X by next year. Purpose of the Role As a HoReCa (Hotel/Restaurant/Caf ) Sales Representative for Tea's, your main responsibility will be to drive sales and develop strong business relationships with key accounts within the HoReCa sector. You will work closely with hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering companies to promote and distribute Tea's products, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the growth of the Tea's brand Key Responsibilities: Sales And Account Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Tea's products and increase sales within the HoReCa sector. Identify and target new business opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, and conducting market research. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering companies. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and resolution of any customer issues. Sales And Account Management: Conduct product presentations and tastings to educate HoReCa customers about the benefits and features of Tea's . Train staff members of HoReCa establishments on Tea's products, brewing methods, and serving suggestions. Provide marketing materials, POS displays, and product samples to support promotional activities. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for product differentiation and sales growth Market Analysis And Reporting: Gather market intelligence, including customer feedback, competitor analysis, and industry trends, to develop sales strategies and improve product offerings. Analyze sales data and track performance against targets, providing regular reports to management on sales trends, achievements, and challenges. Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost optimization, and revenue growth within the HoReCa channel. Events And Trade Shows: Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and product launches to showcase Tea's offerings and network with potential customers. Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional activities, discounts, and special events targeting the HoReCa sector. Qualifications and Background Minimum of Five years of experience in HoReCa marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving sales and revenue growth. Strong understanding of the Industry and market for Tea in various indian cities. Build existing relationships and networks within the corporate and HoReCa sectors preferred. Background of FMCG Sales is essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively. Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with channel partners and distributors. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Willingness to travel internationally as required. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or International Business is preferred.
