- Engage with prospective and existing clients to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products or services that align with their business objectives
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features, benefits, and value propositions in a compelling and transparent manner
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-up, personalized communication, and exceptional service delivery
- Prepare and present customized sales proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements and budget constraints
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals while maintaining profitability, client satisfaction, and long-term partnership potential
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators on a consistent basis through strategic planning and execution
- Gather market feedback and client insights to inform product development and sales strategies, contributing to organizational growth
- Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress using CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, and customer success to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value and drive incremental revenue
- Analyze sales data and market trends to refine approach and stay ahead of competitive landscape
- Demonstrate resilience and adaptability when facing objections, utilizing problem-solving skills to find mutually beneficial solutions
- 2-4 years of proven experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and authentically
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to understand and analyze client needs comprehensively
- Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and sales tools
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a decisive approach to deal completion
- Strong time management and organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Problem-solving mindset with a genuine customer-centric approach and empathetic perspective
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
- Active listening skills and genuine interest in understanding client perspectives
- Self-motivated with strong drive to achieve goals and contribute to team success
- Adaptability to diverse client needs and changing market conditions
- Preferred: Experience with sales analytics, territory management, or lead generation strategies
