As a PreSales Solutions Consultant, you will be in a customer-facing role, and be responsible for helping both developers and non-technical users make the best use of our platform. You will also help manage and prioritize prospect/customer queries and follow through with the execution and resolution of any production incidents.You will partner with our Engineering, GTM teams and other cross-functional teams to provide the highest level of assistance and be a subject-matter expert to our clients around the world, particularly in India, the largest WhatsApp market.This role will be supporting the US timezone (5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST).As a Presales Solutions Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include
- Conducting product demonstrations for prospects, outlining various use cases and potential solutions
- Documenting API integrations and solutions for internal and external stakeholders
- Developing new use cases and turnkey solutions to aid sales and drive customer adoption
- Communicating insights and aiding the product team in developing native integrations and product improvements
- Managing and prioritizing prospect and customer queries and resolving any issues in a timely manner
- Ability to learn and work independently
- You enjoy working directly with customers
- Previous experience as a software engineer
- Experience in a start-up work environment and/or experience as part of a distributed team
- Experience working with customers across different time zones
- Attention to detail
- Self-motivated and diligent work ethic
- Strong commitment to outstanding customer service
- Ability to communicate confidently and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- 3+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or a customer technical support role
- Experience working with REST APIs or testing API integrations
- A self-motivated, customer-centric work ethic with strong attention to detail
- Experience working with customers across different time zones in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Track record of developing innovative solutions to aid sales and drive customer success
