Concept development (Mandatory skill): Strong ability to create innovative design concepts that meet client needs and enhance living environments.
Client communication (Mandatory skill): Excellent communication skills to effectively interact and engage with clients, ensuring their requirements are met and expectations managed.
Team leadership (Mandatory skill): Proven leadership experience in managing and guiding a team of designers towards achieving project goals efficiently.
Project planning: Competence in creating detailed project plans that align with client objectives and company standards, ensuring smooth execution.
Design planning: Ability to plan and execute comprehensive design strategies that align with the client's vision and current design trends.
Stakeholder management: Proficient in engaging and managing stakeholders, ensuring successful collaboration and satisfaction of all parties involved.
Vendor management: Experienced in coordinating with vendors and suppliers, ensuring material quality and timely delivery within budget constraints.
Material requirements planning (MRP): Capable of determining necessary materials, their quantities, and procurement timing for various design projects.

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead and manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet client expectations and are delivered on time.
Collaborate with clients to determine their requirements and develop creative and functional design solutions.
Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team of designers and architects to ensure the integration of design elements.
Oversee all phases of design projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and execution, to ensure quality standards are met.
