Assistant Manager - Civil

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) from a recognized institute
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in thermal power plants / heavy industry / infrastructure projects
• Experience in plant construction, maintenance, and civil asset management preferred

• Strong knowledge of civil construction practices, structural drawings & execution
• Experience in maintenance of plant civil infrastructure (buildings, roads, drains, foundations, etc.)
• Familiarity with IS codes, safety standards, and quality control practices
• Contractor and vendor management skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP and MS Office
• Knowledge of estimation, BOQ preparation, and material planning

• Ensure maintenance and upkeep of all civil structures within the plant
• Supervise construction, repair, and refurbishment activities
• Monitor contractor performance, quality, and safety compliance
• Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of civil assets
• Coordinate with internal departments for project execution and shutdown activities
• Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and environmental norms
• Prepare estimates, BOQs, and track progress of civil works
