BPO Associate Director

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with the sales team to develop compelling proposals, RFP responses, and presentations for medical coding services.
Provide subject matter expertise on US healthcare coding standards, compliance, and industry best practices.
Assist in pricing strategies, cost estimation, and solution design for prospective clients.
Client Engagement

Participate in client calls and meetings to articulate service offerings and address technical queries.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Market Intelligence

Analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to support strategic decision-making.
Identify new opportunities for growth within the medical coding domain.
Team Leadership

Mentor and guide the sales support team to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
Collaborate with operations, quality, and compliance teams to align service capabilities with client expectations.
Compliance & Quality

Ensure all proposals and solutions adhere to HIPAA, CMS, and other regulatory requirements.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and payer guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or related field (Master’s preferred).
10+ years of experience in US healthcare domain with strong exposure to medical coding services.
Proven track record in sales support, pre-sales, or business development within healthcare outsourcing.
In-depth knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS coding standards and compliance frameworks.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
