- Conduct live demos and presentations of lexlegis.ai's products to potential and existing clients.
- Assist clients with onboarding and provide post-sales support to ensure smooth product adoption.
- Address client queries via phone, email, and chat and provide timely resolutions to technical issues.
- Work closely with the product and technical teams to provide feedback and enhance product features.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Offer training sessions to clients on how to use the lexlegis.ai platform effectively.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to product usage.
- Provide support for product updates and new feature rollouts.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent communication and client satisfaction.
- Prior experience in customer support, product demos, or client-facing roles is a plus.
- Strong understanding of AI-based platforms, particularly legal tech solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, understandable manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic troubleshooting methods is a plus.
- Willingness to learn about AI technology and legal processes.
- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Technology, Business, or Law).
