Growing together.Builds and maintains the tooling and infrastructure used to automate the release, deployment, and upgrade processes. Combines software development and IT operations practices which shorten the systems delivery life cycle and provide a continuous delivery platform. Improve communication and collaboration to enable rapid product development by serving as the liaison between the development and operations teams. Dev-Ops area complements the efficiencies of Agile software development methods by creating more stable operating environments, and continuously improving the infrastructure to be easily deployable and scalable. Incumbents maintain advanced knowledge of development processes and programming languages.Primary Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage scalable, highly available, and secure cloud infrastructure in Azure and GCP
Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for application deployment and infrastructure automation
Monitor system reliability, performance, and cost optimization using relevant tools and dashboards
Automate provisioning, configuration, and monitoring of cloud services and resources using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, ARM, Deployment Manager, etc.)
Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline build, release, and deployment processes
Ensure security best practices and compliance measures are executed across cloud environments
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and applications
Document technical processes and infrastructure architectures
Analyzes and investigates
Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise

EligibilityTo apply to an internal job, employees must meet the following criteria:

Minimum 12 months in the current Role/Grade/Level
Not on Active CAP at the time of applying for the IJP
Employees currently at Grade 26 will move to the next grade and Grade 27 (Lateral Movement) can apply for this position
Last Review rating of Meets Expectations or Exceeds Expectation

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, focusing on Azure and GCP.
Solid experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar)
Solid expertise in deploying and managing resources in Azure and GCP.
Proficient with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, Azure ARM Templates, or Google Deployment Manager
Scripting skills in Bash, PowerShell, or Python
Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, GKE, AKS)
Good understanding of system monitoring, logging, and alerting (such as Azure Monitor, Stackdriver)
Knowledge of security best practices and DevSecOps
