Reports To: Project Manager – MEP / Senior Project Manager
Type: Full-Time / Site-BasedKey Responsibilities:Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring all MEP activities at the project site.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams for timely execution.Support in reviewing shop drawings, technical submittals, and BOQs.Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with specifications and safety regulations.Participate in site inspections, QA/QC procedures, and MEP testing/commissioning.Track material delivery, manpower deployment, and work execution.Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and support documentation for billing and audits.Follow up on project milestones and report potential risks or delays to the Project Manager.Ensure proper document control, drawing updates, and filing of MEP-related records.Attend coordination meetings and maintain minutes of meeting (MoM) as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.3–6 years of experience in MEP project execution or site coordination.Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire fighting systems.Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools.Strong communication, team coordination, and reporting skills.Familiarity with MEP codes and safety standards (e.g., IS, ASHRAE, NEC, NFPA).
