- Ability to conduct compensation analysis to maintain industry competitiveness and ensure internal pay equity.
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to conducting preliminary interviews and assisting in decision-making.
- Facilitate the onboarding process, engaging with new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their new roles.
- Maintain positive employee relations by resolving workplace issues and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, liaising between candidates and interviewers to manage time effectively.
- Oversee payroll functions ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee salary, taxes, and benefits.
