We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Senior Specialist to manage design, development, and delivery of learning interventions for Chubb Business Services India (CBSI). The candidate should have a strong background in instructional design including creating content for in-person/virtual/blended learning interventions, substantial experience with end-to-end learning life-cycle management and delivery along with strong facilitation skills.Conduct needs assessments and analyse data to identify training gaps and propose a learning solutions.Design and develop content for in-person/virtual/blended learning interventions which include pre-during-post learning elements, assessments, gamification elements, interactive simulations, role-plays, case-studies and other innovative approaches.Collaborate with key Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Stakeholders to ensure alignment of learning interventions with business objectives and KPIs.Manage end-to-end program delivery of all learning interventions in Bengaluru office.Develop, monitor and track learning program budgets, timelines, and implementation plans.Evaluate and report out effectiveness of learning interventions and take appropriate actions for improvement in future deliveriesFacilitate/Deliver/Manage all Professional, Leadership and Behavorial learning interventions in Bengaluru officeBuild rapport and connect with key business and HR stakeholders in all Chubb offices (Bengaluru - Hyderabad - Bhubaneswar)End-to-end Vendor Management for learning interventions.Required Skills & Qualifications:Master's degree in HR, Education, Instructional Design or related fieldMinimum 8-10 years of experience in learning and developmentStrong design experience including creating best-in-class ppts, videos, gifs and other collaterals for impactful learning interventionsStrong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and latest learning tools and technologies for content creationExcellent business communication, interpersonal, and project management skills (learning delivery)Ability to work with velocity in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects, priorities and hard deadlines.Core CapabilitiesTechnical (Must-have)Expert with Microsoft PowerPoint and ExcelComfort with using tools like Mentimeter, Kahoot, SlidoGood knowledge of Gen AI tools and their use cases in LearningExperience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Cornerstone and Oracle.Knowledge of instructional design models and principles (e.g. ADDIE, 6Ds in Learning).Knowledge of e-learning authoring tools and software (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).Join Chubb to be part of a leading global insurance company!Our constant focus on employee experience along with a start-up-like culture empowers you to achieve impactful results.Industry leader: Chubb is a world leader in the insurance industry, powered by underwriting and engineering excellenceA Great Place to work: Chubb India has been recognized as a Great Place to Work® for the years 2023-2024, 2024-2025 and 2025-2026Laser focus on excellence: At Chubb we pride ourselves on our culture of greatness where excellence is a mindset and a way of being.
