- Vice President should have an experience of Leading business & should be managing Delivery, SLA’s, P&L, Compliance, Employee Engagement, People initiatives and retention, Performance management and Stake holder management. Incumbent should have knowledge of Investment banking and should be familiar with complete business model including 4 business verticals for Deutsche Bank Investment Services i.e., Tax Services, Asset Services, Trade Processing and Operations Control.

- Responsible for managing SLA’s as per agreed Service specifications for all processes under Deutsche Bank Investment Services operations
- Establishes and implements short- & long-range organizational goals, objectives, strategic plans, policies, and operating procedures; monitors and evaluates programmatic and operational effectiveness, and changes required for improvement.
- Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity
- Work with project managers in the development of financial and budgetary plans
- Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary
- Build and maintain relationships with all department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals
- Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
- Devise strategies to ensure growth of programs enterprise-wide, identifying and implementing process improvements that will maximize output and minimize costs
- Uphold organization policies and standards, ensuring legislative regulations are followed
- Work closely with human resources to lead team with integrity and establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment
- Monthly / Quarterly reviews with Client & Client teams. Weekly / Monthly internal reviews, Service Board Reviews
- End to end management of workforce including position creation and all approvals.
- Ensure all cost targets are met and CPP (Cost per Person is under check)
- Planning & strategizing BCMS roles and responsibilities
- SLA Management, Meeting Quality targets, Employee engagement and retention, managing controlled attrition, C-SAT management, Participation in offshoring meetings along with Delivery Assurance
- Handling people related issues and conducting skip meetings/Focus Group meetings and Town Halls.
- Analyzes, designs, documents, and implements internal reporting systems and procedures for the organization or business entity, within specified functional area of operation, as applicable to the specified functional area of focus. Escalation’s handling
- Implement operational improvements, audits & handling escalations
- Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop integrated, creative solutions
- Bachelor's degree/post graduate degree in Management
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, computer technology or related field preferred
- 16+ years of overall experience with 8+ years of leadership experience
- Experience working with business process services and International Banking client.
- Experience in Strategy/policy making, Hiring, Situation handling, Cost management and Account P&L management
- Complete knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, production, and employee management
- Proven ability to plan and manage operational process for maximum efficiency and productivity
- Ability to streamline and implement new structures and roles that create speed, efficiency, and support rapidly shifting business demand
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, demonstrated by previous professional success
- Superior Communication skills in both internal and external settings
- Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics using business management
