  • Demonstrate competence in domain capabilities and take a practical/business driven approach to solving complex client challenges
  • Execute projects and documentation, often leading multiple projects
  • Be up to date with key technical and functional skills, and industry trends
  • Lead end to end engagements from planning through to implementation including identifying and helping manage any potential issues and risks during a client assignment
  • Independently develop market strategy across geographies and sectors
  • Lead business development pursuits via proposal creation, demonstrating good understanding of sector and solution.
  • Identify and flag any follow-on engagement opportunities
  • Lead knowledge sharing efforts and continually improve processes so that the work team can capture and leverage knowledge
  • Manage relationships and execution with 3rd party vendors
  • Anchor internal practice activities like quality management, internal initiatives on practice development.
  • Network internally within the peer group and other levels in the firm, to gain understanding of issues that may impact clients.
  • Develop good understanding of specific sectors/industries
  • Deliver quality client service, analyze complex problems and deliver insightful solutions under the guidance of project managers
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, integrate into new teams and rapidly establish relationships
Skills and attributesTo qualify for the role you must have
Qualification
  • Master of Business Administration
  • PG Diploma in Human Resource Management
Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in HR Consulting (big 4/ strat firms)/ HR CoE in large multinationals
