In-depth knowledge of Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICoFR) to ensure compliance and risk mitigation. Proficient in preparing financial reporting documentation that aligns with regulatory standards and best practices. Experience in ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations through effective testing and reporting. Skilled in developing and documenting robust Risk Control Matrices (RCMs) for various financial processes. Ability to manage IPO projects (PMO role), focusing on consolidation processes and the preparation of process manuals.
Experience of managing a team of FAAS profesionals.
