Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership
  • Lead and execute the overall sales strategy for Contract Staffing and Low-End Permanent Recruitment in the South India regions.
  • Develop and implement region-specific go-to-market plans, business development strategies, and sales targets.
Continuously monitor market trends, client needs, and competitor activity to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.Sales Management * Take full ownership of revenue generation, profitability, and market share growth for the regions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients across various industries.
