MS Exchange Admin(L2/L3-Mandatory)
Good troubleshooting Skills on Exchange Server 2016/2019/Exchange online
Should have basic knowledge in Exchange PowerShell
Knowledge on AD Specific to Exchange attribute would be needed
Troubleshooting mail delivery and message tracking issue
Performing Trending & Analysis from ticketing systems to determine chronic behaviour with issues\requests on 24/7
Should be able to handle issues independently, need to represent outage bridge and have to send IR issue updates
Troubleshooting and Analysing server related issues
Minimum work Experience 6-8 years in Exchange
Basic troubleshooting knowledge in Active sync, Good, IOS related issues.
Office 365 migration and administration.
