Job Location: HyderabadOSI Digital is seeking an experienced Windows Server & Azure Cloud Administrator to join our team. This role requires strong expertise in Windows Infrastructure, Azure Cloud (IaaS/PaaS) deployment and management, Office 365, and on-prem Exchange administration. The ideal candidate will have diverse technical skills, the ability to solve complex IT issues, and a strong commitment to maintaining secure and highly available systems.Successful candidates will have an opportunity to grow into Sr. Associate Lead and Lead roles while working with emerging technologies in the cloud and infrastructure space.Responsibilities:
- Administer, manage, and support Windows Servers, Microsoft Azure Cloud resources, Exchange, and Office 365 environments.
- Deploy and manage Azure IaaS/PaaS solutions including virtual machines, storage accounts, networking, and backups.
- Monitor and optimize Azure workloads for performance, availability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve server, cloud, and system issues within defined SLAs.
- Respond to end-user technical requests and escalations through the ticketing system.
- Coordinate changes and deployments with stakeholders under a formal Change Request process.
- Research and implement solutions for complex infrastructure and cloud-related issues.
- Work closely with vendors and other IT teams to resolve outages or degraded performance in on-prem and cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server OS Administration (2008R2, 2012R2, 2016, 2019 & 2022).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Infrastructure:
oDNS, DHCP, File & Print Servers, DFS, IIS, Hyper-V and CA
- Solid experience administering Office 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive) and Exchange 2013/2016 and 2019.
- Proven experience with Azure Cloud services:
oFamiliarity with Azure Active Directory, Azure Backup, Site Recovery, and Monitoring
oUnderstanding of PaaS services like App Services, Azure SQL, etc.
- Knowledge of Patch Management tools (WSUS/SCCM/MECM/Qualys, Atera, Pulseway etc.) and Migration from on-prem to cloud
- Are not willing to work from the office.
- Are not open to a 24/7 shift schedule.
- Have no prior experience in a Managed Services or Support environment.
- Have never worked with international clients or conducted/managed review meetings.
