Join us and experience a flexible, supportive environment where your well-being is prioritized and your potential can thrive.The RoleInfrastructure Specialists at Kyndryl are project-based subject matter experts in all things infrastructure – good at providing analysis, documenting and diagraming work for hand-off, offering timely solutions, and generally “figuring it out.” This is a hands-on role where your feel for the interaction between a system and its environment will be invaluable to every one of your clients.

Job Development & Scheduling: Define, schedule, and maintain jobs, job streams, and dependencies using TWS composer and command-line interfaces.
Monitoring & Support: Proactively monitor the TWS environment to ensure timely execution of batch jobs, identifying and resolving bottlenecks or failures.
Infrastructure Management: Configure, maintain, and upgrade TWS agents, masters, and Dynamic Workload Broker components.
Scripting & Automation: Develop UNIX/shell scripts to automate complex workflows and system tasks.
Documentation: Maintain documentation for job schedules, operational procedures, and incident resolution

TWS Expertise: Deep knowledge of IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler (v8.5.1, v9.x) and dynamic scheduling.
OS Proficiency: Strong command of Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems.
Scripting: Experience with scripting languages (Shell, Perl).
Version Control: Familiarity with managing job definitions and workflows within TWS libraries.
Cloud Awareness: Understanding of cloud scheduling (e.g., Azure) is often preferred.
5+ years of experience in enterprise job scheduling

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

In depth knowledge of Amazon cloud hosting architecture with experience with AWS and Azure is a bonus
Exceptional judgment and decision-making abilities
Familiar with a variety of IT concepts, practices, and procedures
Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models
Logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
