Responsibilities include:Utilizing data analytics and visualization tools to provide statistical insight for the business these tools include but are not limited to Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Azure Databricks, SQL, and Power BIOwning key business datasets and providing recommendations for actionIdentifying tracking gaps and partnering with developers and business teams to resolve themDiscovering opportunities to enhance data collection and instrumentationIntegrating external data sources to enrich digital analyticsDelivering recurring reports and supporting ad hoc analysis needs. Be able to turn around projects in a tight timeline.Leading end-to-end analytical projects with long-term impactStaying current with emerging digital analytics tools and methodologies, and advocating for continuous improvementCandidate Roles and ResponsibilitiesTechnical Skills required:Must have Skills:SkillsBeginnerIntermediateExpertweb analytics, such Adobe Customer Journey AnalyticsWorking knowledge of B2B lead management, Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms (Marketo or Eloqua)Background in A/B testing, marketing analytics, or customer behavior analysisDemonstrated experience working cross functionally with business and technical teamscommunication skillsGood to have skillsStrong proficiency in SQL, Azure Databricks, and Power BIWorking knowledge of B2B lead management, Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms (Marketo or Eloqua)Experience in large global companiesAny special or skills related notes:Self-driven with consistently strong productivityAn effective communicator, able to collaborate with senior leadership, technical teams, and non technical stakeholdersComfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with the ability to take initiativeHighly accountable, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
