The UX Research Analyst will play a pivotal role in understanding user behaviours and preferences to inform design decisions and improve user experiences. This position requires expertise in research methodologies, data interpretation, and the ability to translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to gather insights into customer needs and behaviours.
  • Analyse research findings and compile actionable reports for the design and development teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user research into product development processes.
  • Develop user personas and journey maps to enhance understanding of target audiences.
  • Utilise various research tools and methodologies to evaluate user experiences and pain points.
  • Present research findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and team members.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in user experience research.
  • Ensure that research processes align with organisational goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
