- Curating/expanding database of newer architects
- Actively engaging with existing and new architects to onboard projects by setting up in-person meetings
- Preparing quotations
- Thoroughly following up on leads and quotations sent
- Planning and scheduling meetings
- Documenting work done
- Documenting project details for smooth handover to operations
