- Improve Safety of Contract Labours & ensure their safety training before issuing Gate passes.
- Standardize Timely Payment and statutory compliances.
- Manpower Optimization.
- - Implementation of Minimum wages as per Min.Wages
- - Work on timely disbursement of wage of contract labour
- - Coordinate with contractors on timely submission of bills
- - Verification of bills with kronos system
- - Enusre case ID generation on the same day when bill submitted at IR office
- - Generation of various reports of contract labour like daily deployment report, bill status reports, non-compliance reports of 7,10&15 days of contionous work report.
- - Sharing data for MIS without any error
- - Generation of OT report
- MBA in HR or Post graduation in Social Welfare or LL.B.
- Domain knowledge of ER practices
- Understanding of quality systems
- Basic understanding of statutes
