- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of field marketing programs across the US and EU, ranging from intimate customer dinners to large-scale industry events and third-party conferences.
- Design localized programs that create memorable, high-value touchpoints with target accounts and key decision-makers.
- Manage regional marketing calendars, identify high-impact opportunities, and ensure flawless coordination across logistics, messaging, and stakeholder involvement.
- Work closely with regional sales and account teams to align on business priorities, target personas, and ideal engagement formats.
- Partner with the design, content, and brand teams to tailor event messaging, collateral, and experiences that resonate with the local audience.
- Support customer success and partnerships in co-hosted engagements, industry meetups, and bespoke client activations.
- Identify and manage local vendors, event partners, and venues to ensure seamless execution within budget.
- Negotiate contracts and oversee event deliverables with high attention to detail and quality.
- Build thoughtful pre-event and post-event engagement plans, emails, gifting, follow-ups, to create a cohesive customer experience and nurture relationships.
- Track participation and feedback to assess program impact and continuously improve effectiveness.
- Define goals, success metrics, and reporting for all field marketing activities, focusing on engagement, influence on pipeline, and brand impact.
- Use insights to fine-tune strategy and build repeatable models for future events
- 7-9 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on field marketing, events, experiential marketing, or customer engagement.
- Proven experience managing and executing multi-region event programs across the US and EU markets.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- A mix of strategic thinking and operational execution-you know how to design the play and also run it.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus.
