- Counsel prospective students about various UG & PG programs
- Handle student queries via calls, online chat, and other channels
- Guide students on course selection and admission procedures
- Convert leads into enrolments through effective counselling
- Maintain accurate records of calls, walk-ins, and follow-ups
- Conduct data calling and manage assigned leads
- Collect and consolidate feedback from students
- Deliver a high level of customer experience throughout the admission journey
- Graduation in any discipline
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Ed-Tech sales
- Proven experience in inside sales or admission counselling
- Strong sales and persuasion skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Customer-centric approach
- Proficiency in CRM tools and relevant technologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
