Career Counselor needed for an Education Group in GurgaonImmediate Joining.Female candidate needed.Qualification - Graduate / Post Graduate in PsychologyDiploma/Certification in Career CounselingResponsibility to design and to develop, implement and review the Student Advisory Program (college and career counseling).To work closely with the Primary Consultant in providing operational support to our schools as required.To implement the SAP in schools from Grades 6 to 12Career Counselors with leading schools/institutions/education consulting, etc.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.Experience with school counseling is preferred along with behavioral and college counselor.Relevant set of skills in dealing with children and parentsProviding them with the appropriate counseling and guidance about their career goalsSchool counseling experience from Grade 9 to 12.Good Communication and Inter personal Skills. Proactive and self driven.
Exceptional skills in coordinating tasks and activities at various levels in the organization
Good documentation and writing skills.
Timely planning and execution of duties
Co-ordination and management skills
