• Perform and review daily and monthly performance calculations, including time‑weighted and money‑weighted returns.
• Analyze PnL drivers and MIP reconciliation differences between accounting, performance, and investment views.
• Prepare and review performance attribution outputs (security, sector, FX, derivatives) and explain variances.
• Ensure correct treatment of corporate actions, income, derivatives, financing, and bank loans within performance.

• Independently manage performance, PnL, and attribution queries raised by PIMCO and internal stakeholders.
• Provide clear root‑cause analysis and explanations for performance variances and methodology differences.
• Escalate complex or recurring issues appropriately, with supporting analysis and recommendations.

• Execute defined control checks across performance production and validation.
• Monitor outlier and tolerance breaches, ensuring timely investigation and resolution.
• Support ICAMS documentation, root cause articulation, and corrective actions for incidents.
• Ensure adherence to client guidelines, SLAs, and internal control standards.

• Identify opportunities to reduce manual touchpoints and repeat issues.
• Partner with Accounting, Data, Pricing, and Technology teams to resolve data and system‑driven breaks.
• Support implementation of enhancements and process changes.

• 6–9 years of experience in Middle Office Performance, Investment Analytics, or PnL analysis.
• Strong understanding of fixed income instruments, derivatives, and financing products.
• Experience in a client‑facing or client‑critical operating environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
