Supports corporate planning by conducting analyses of competitors, operational effectiveness and capacity utilization.## This role in summaryResponsible for financial planning, analysis and business partnering to Marketing, Sales and Categories## Your responsibilities will includeTARGET SETTING:● Roll up categories’ P&L plans in collaboration with sales, SC and marketing team● Set Marketing Budgets alongwith marketing and sales team● Review and align with the stakeholders and presentations to the leadership● Target finalization, communication and deployment across categoriesBUSINESS SUPPORT:● Business support to create a business strategy to win and achieve business goals● Appreciation of Product Value Chain● Effective Returns on Investment analysis for marketing and any other front end investments● Run a strong process governance on price and scheme proposals and effective roll out in close coordinate with the category marketing and sales teamPERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT:● Preparation of category level monthly results, detailed variance analysis and presentation to the leadership and lead the course corrective actions● Competition Analysis related to Industry, Financials and Market Share Trends and tracking movements● Collaboration with Accounting and Commercial teams to understand P&L drivers, swings and to build forecasts● Run a month-end accounting, provision review and payment approval process related to marketing spends● Collaboration with Accounting and Commercial teams to understand P&L drivers, swings and to build forecasts## Minimum requirements● Minimum 3 years experience within a finance role with similar levels of responsibility● Financial Modelling and Variance Analysis● Decent communication, presentation and analytical skills● Confident and competent in presenting to groups or one on one● Adaptability and capability of multi-tasking● Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet set guidelines## Preferred skills and experiences5- 10 yrs overall experience in category finance partnering, FP&A or Sales CommercialConnect with us and learn more about Whirlpool India.See what it's like to work at Whirlpool by visiting Whirlpool Careers.
