Job Description:Manage a portfolio of key clients in freight forwarding (air, sea, and multimodal shipments)Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and act as the main point of contactUnderstand client supply chain needs and provide customized logistics solutionsBusiness Development & Revenue GrowthIdentify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services (warehousing, customs clearance, value-added services)Achieve revenue and volume targets for assigned accountsSupport RFQs, tenders, and contract negotiationsCustomer Service & Operations CoordinationCoordinate with internal teams (operations, pricing, documentation, customs clearance) to ensure smooth shipment executionMonitor shipment performance and proactively resolve issues (delays, detention, demurrage, etc.)Ensure compliance with company SOPs and customer requirementsPerformance Monitoring & Reporting
