Job Title: Key Account Manager (KAM) - Manpower industry experience is mustLocation: GurgaonCompany: Innovision LimitedRole SummaryInnovision Limited is hiring a Key Account Manager to manage key client accounts, ensure high-quality service delivery, drive contract renewals, and coordinate with internal teams across Security, Facility Management, and Manpower Outsourcing services.Key Responsibilities1. Client Relationship Management

Maintain strong client relationships with 90%+ satisfaction.
Resolve escalations within 48 hours.
Conduct regular meetings and feedback reviews.

2. Contract Renewal & Retention

Achieve 95%+ contract renewal rate.
Maintain quarterly client retention of 90%.
Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.

3. Service Delivery & Quality Assurance

Ensure 95%+ SLA compliance at client sites.
Monitor manpower performance and conduct regular audits.
Maintain client satisfaction score of 8+/10.

4. MIS & Reporting

Submit timely weekly/monthly reports.
Coordinate with Ops, Payroll, Recruitment & Compliance teams.

5. Manpower Performance Monitoring

Ensure 95%+ manpower availability and attendance.
Track attrition, absenteeism, and deployment gaps.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
5+ years of experience in KAM, preferably in Security/FM/Manpower Outsourcing.
Strong knowledge of SLAs, service metrics & compliance.
Excellent communication, negotiation & MS Excel skills.
