- Design, develop and implement solutions for a wide range of AI/ML use cases involving classification, extraction and search on unstructured data
- Design develop and implement self-learning solution for automated decision leveraging in-production (feedback) data (Reinforcement Learning)
- Create and maintain state of the art scalable AI solutions implemented in Python for multiple business problems. This involves:
- Choosing most appropriate ML technique(s) based on business needs and available data
- Performing data exploration and innovative feature engineering
- Continuous reporting and monitoring of the solution outcome
- Collaborate with product teams and cloud deployment teams
- Interact with clients and internal business teams to perform solution feasibility as well as design and develop solutions
- Open to working across different domains – Insurance, Healthcare and Financial Services etc.
- Experience (including graduate school) on training machine learning models
- Hands on experience with ML tools such as Scikit-learn, PyTorch, HuggingFace ecosystem
- Experience with applied machine learning using Python
- Production level coding experience in Python is a must
- Demonstrable experience with reinforcement learning, including mastery of various RL algorithms (Q-learning, Policy Gradient methods, DDPG, etc.) and a clear understanding of their real-world application scenarios.
- Sound knowledge of Model Free RL algorithms is required
- Experience with deep learning framework such as PyTorch, TensorFlow is a must
- Experience with ML training on GPUs
- Experience with database like Postgres is a plus
- Experience with using cloud technologies on AWS/ Microsoft Azure is a plus
- Understanding of banking domain and reinforcement learning in banking domain in a must
- Experience in risk modelling
