We are hiring a Sales Manager / Director on behalf of our client to drive expansion into new and existing markets. This role involves owning the sales function end-to-end, cultivating relationships with key decision-makers in the education space, and contributing to the strategic direction of a growing EdTech venture.Own and manage the entire sales pipeline - from lead generation through to deal closure.Build and nurture relationships with preschool owners, school chains, and education networks.Present the platform's value proposition to stakeholders, including educators, school leaders, and investors.Collaborate with founders and marketing to design and implement go-to-market strategies.Leverage CRM and sales tools to track performance and optimize conversion rates.Represent the company at conferences, events, school visits - both domestic and international.Share customer insights with the product team to influence future development.- Work directly along with the founder- Founding team opportunity6-8 years of sales experience, preferably in the education or EdTech sector.Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.Experience with consultative sales and tailored solutioning.Familiarity with CRM platforms and analytics tools.Willingness to travel extensively within India and occasionally overseas.Our client is building a next-generation platform to power preschools of the future - combining tools for curriculum planning, classroom journaling, parent communication, and AI-driven insights.
