- Identify and onboard relevant influencers, student leaders, educators, and niche creators on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Special emphasis will be placed on key figures in India’s educational space.
- Manage the full lifecycle of influencer campaigns, including outreach, contract negotiation, content approval, execution, and performance tracking.
- Ensure strict compliance with FTC guidelines in the US and ASCI regulations in India for all sponsored content and disclosures.
- Build and maintain a robust database of tiered influencers (tier-1, tier-2, and micro-influencers) across UWorld's diverse product verticals (NCLEX, USMLE, SAT/ACT, CPA, CFA, NEET UG/PG, CMA).
- Identify and secure high-value partnerships with leading exam prep aggregator and review websites (e.g., TestPrep Insight, Crush the CPA Exam, College Consensus).
- Strategically build and scale affiliate relationships with comparison sites, bloggers, and educational reviewers to maximize referral traffic and conversions.
- Collaborate on co-branded content, guest blogs, webinars, and review placements to strengthen UWorld’s organic visibility and referral traffic.
- Proactively support and engage with student communities on platforms like Reddit, Quora, Discord, and exam-specific forums to build brand loyalty and gather insights.
- Collaborate with influencers to host live Q&As, webinars, and student panels to foster community and engagement.
- Monitor student sentiment, gather feedback, and analyze competitor positioning through community channels.
- Create and execute a comprehensive annual influencer & partnerships roadmap that aligns with key product launches and broader marketing campaigns.
- Track performance against a set of key performance indicators (KPIs) to demonstrate the ROI of all initiatives.
- Provide regular insights and strategic recommendations to leadership to inform future scaling of partnerships.
- Stay at the forefront of the industry by monitoring competitor influencer strategies.
- 8–10 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate management, or digital partnerships, preferably within the edtech industry or a relevant digital marketing agency.
- Strong knowledge of the global exam prep and education influencer landscape, with a proven track record in both the US and India.
- Demonstrated success in negotiating influencer and affiliate deals that deliver measurable ROI.
- Expertise in FTC (US) and ASCI (India) guidelines for influencer disclosures and marketing compliance.
- Familiarity with affiliate tracking tools (e.g., Impact, ShareASale, or similar) is a plus.
- Exceptional communication, networking, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and seamlessly with teams in SEO, content, paid media, and product.
