- Identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities with advertisers, agencies, and corporate clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the media, advertising, and entertainment industries.
- Create customized advertising and brand partnership solutions that align with client objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, creative, digital marketing) to deliver value-driven campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to refine sales approaches.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure successful execution of brand partnership agreements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or related field (MBA/BBA preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in media sales, brand partnerships, or advertising solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a media/entertainment environment.
- Strong network of industry contacts across agencies, advertisers, and media buyers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of digital advertising, YouTube monetization, branded content, and film/OTT partnerships is highly desirable.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
