Team Management :- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 15-25 staff (sales executives, cashier, stock staff).- Allocate daily targets and track individual and team performance.- Conduct regular training on customer interaction, product knowledge, and grooming. Sales & Customer Experience :- Ensure excellent customer service and handle premium walk-ins personally.- Assist the team in closing high-value sales and converting inquiries into sales.- Maintain a loyal client base through follow-ups, festivals, and occasion reminders. Inventory Control :- Coordinate inward/outward movement of stock with accounts and HO.- Ensure timely billing, barcoding, display, and correct stock entries.- Conduct monthly physical stock audits. Target Achievement :- Achieve monthly sales targets set by management.- Review daily footfall, conversion ratios, and billing amounts.- Plan and execute store-level promotions or events.
