- Design and implement a cohesive, multi-platform and multi-market social strategy that strengthens AMINA’s presence, grows audiences, and improves key performance metrics including follower growth, engagement, content reach and conversions to MQLs from social media.
- Create and deliver a strategy to improve AMINA’s discoverability in AI-driven search environments (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini), ensuring social content, structure and channel signals are optimised for emerging AI discovery behaviours.
- Support AMINA’s PPC and paid social advertising programmes by aligning organic content with paid campaign objectives, coordinating asset delivery, and ensuring consistent messaging and audience targeting across paid and organic channels.
- Ensure all content adheres to applicable regulatory framework, including MiCA, FCA advertising rules, and other jurisdiction-specific requirements.
- Strengthen AMINA’s employer brand across social platforms by creating content and campaigns that highlight culture, values and talent initiatives, supporting recruitment efforts, and reinforcing retention.
- Develop platform-native content grounded in audience insights, covering market developments, product capabilities, executive thought leadership and key regulatory themes.
- Amplify the impact and ROI of AMINA’s events by developing social media plans that drive pre-event awareness, real-time engagement, and post-event content value.
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and regulatory defensibility in all communications.
- Ensure all content is approved by relevant stakeholders, Head of Communications and legal prior to publishing.
- Ensure a steady, impactful publishing rhythm by managing an up-to-date content calendar and coordinating timely submission and delivery of all design assets required across AMINA’s channels.
- Video editing capability with the ability to produce short-form, platform-native clips for social channels in partnership with the visual design team.
- Monitor community sentiment, emerging narratives and platform-level conversations across crypto, financial and regional audiences, proactively identifying high-value engagement and content opportunities while also detecting early signs of brand, regulatory or reputational risk:
- On LinkedIn: Engage with institutional, asset-management and professional-investor audiences to reinforce AMINA’s credibility as a trusted, regulated financial partner.
- On X (Twitter): Participate selectively in conversations with UHNW crypto participants, foundations, builders and institutional prospects, maintaining a controlled, authoritative tone.
- On additional channels as required: Extend monitoring and engagement across platforms such as Telegram, Reddit and others, identifying emerging conversations and community opportunities while maintaining awareness of any narratives that may require brand or regulatory attention.
- Respond to enquiries using pre-approved messaging, ensuring timely, helpful interactions and partnering with the Head of Communications when specialised regulatory or sensitive topics require escalation.
- Maintain a professional, consistent presence aligned with the standards of a regulated financial institution, prioritising clarity, authority and value-added engagement across all platforms.
- Lead social media execution for product launches, partnerships, regulatory milestones and integrated campaigns, coordinating closely with Communications, Marketing, and regional/product teams to ensure timing, messaging and sequencing are aligned.
- Identify and recommend credible industry partnerships, influencer collaborations, or strategic voices aligned with AMINA's positioning (subject to approval by Marketing and Communications leadership).
- Establish and implement a social listening capability to capture audience insights, emerging themes and competitive signals across key platforms, using these findings to inform product development, refine messaging, and shape future marketing campaigns.
- Analyse channel performance (engagement, reach, traffic attribution, MQLs and AI-driven discovery) and produce regular reports with actionable insights to refine strategy and optimise execution.
- Use analytics tools to test content formats, cadence, and approaches, optimising for audience preferences while respecting compliance constraints.
- 4–7+ years of social media marketing experience within financial services, fintech, or crypto, ideally with exposure to regulated environments.
- Strong command of major social platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, Telegram, WhatsApp etc.): understanding of platform algorithms, content formats, and behaviors of AMINA’s audiences
- Comfortable translating between traditional finance and crypto/blockchain domains—i.e. able to explain DeFi to bankers and custody models to crypto founders.
- Video editing capability with the ability to produce short-form, platform-native clips for social channels.
- Proficiency with social analytics and publishing tools including Hubspot, as well as web and performance platforms such as SEMrush, Google Search Console.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset to content optimization.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, PR, Legal, Product teams, etc.
- Sound judgment under pressure with the ability to recognize reputation risks and escalate appropriately.
