Execute employee engagement and recognition programs.
Conduct open houses, ESS, and one-on-one sessions to gather feedback and enhance experience.
Drive performance management and retention strategies.
Ensure 100% compliance with HR SLAs.
Communicate policy changes and HR practices effectively across the BU.

Requirements: * Full-time MBA in HR or related specialization.

0-4 years of experience in an HR role with a strong learning mindset.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Confident and persuasive personality with stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in diverse teams and interact with senior leadership.
Flexibility to travel and work extended shifts when required.
