Job Description:We are looking for a Front-End Developer with strong expertise in React.js to join our growing team in Gurgaon. This is a hybrid role with flexible work-from-home and in-office requirements. The ideal candidate is someone with 6-9 years of front-end development experience and can join immediately or within 15 days.Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable, responsive web applications using React.js and JavaScript (ES6+)
Translate UI/UX wireframes into high-quality, reusable code
Optimize applications for maximum performance and cross-browser compatibility
Collaborate with back-end developers, product managers, and designers in an Agile environment
Ensure code quality through unit testing (Jest/Mocha) and code reviews
Contribute to architecture discussions and design decisions
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software

Requirements:

6-9 years of experience as a Front-End Developer
4+ years of hands-on experience with React.js, Redux or Context API
Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive UI design
Experience with RESTful APIs, Git, and version control workflows
Familiarity with TypeScript, Next.js, or Tailwind CSS is a plus
Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library) is preferred
Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

Nice to Have

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
Experience working in hybrid/remote teams
Exposure to design systems or component libraries
