  • Partner with zonal offices to ensure consistent employee experience and policy adherence.
  • Work closely with senior leadership on strategic people decisions.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional HR units to deliver outcomes with support of a team member.
  • Travel frequently to regional offices to maintain strong business connect and ground-level visibility.
