You'll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines.Purpose of the roleGenpact is undergoing a bold transformation as they pivot from traditional digital operations to an Agentic-led enterprise.At the heart of this shift is AORA (Agentic Operations Readiness Accelerator), a strategic engine designed to transition tens of thousands of employees into future-ready agentic roles.The VP – Change Management will spearhead this transformation, driving readiness, skilling, and deployment across global delivery centers, starting with India.This role is not just about managing change, rather it’s about architecting it.The leader will be responsible for designing and executing a scalable, human-centric transformation strategy that blends behavioral insight, data fluency, and operational rigor.They will work across HR, engineering, product, and business teams to ensure that the transition to agentic operations is seamless, sustainable, and deeply embedded in Genpact’s culture.The ideal candidate will have experience leading large-scale transformations, particularly in tech-enabled environments, and will bring a unique blend of empathy, resilience, and strategic foresight.They will be tasked with building a coach network, codifying playbooks, and creating feedback loops that continuously evolve the agentic operating model.This is a high-pressure, high-impact role that requires someone who thrives at the intersection of people, technology, and change.ResponsibilitiesVP of Change Management Key Contribution AreasArchitect and Lead Agentic Transformation (AORA):Design and operationalize the Agentic Operations Readiness Accelerator (AORA) as a recognizable, high-impact transformation engine.Define and iterate job-role-specific readiness blueprints for transitioning talent from digital operations to agentic roles.Develop and implement transition pathways for various operational archetypes (e.g., agent specialist, monitor, trainer, orchestrator).Talent Assessment, Skilling & Deployment:Lead readiness diagnostics and workforce segmentation to identify agentic potential across internal and external talent pools.Oversee the development and delivery of modular, role-specific training programs focused on practical, applied skills (e.g., prompt fluency, escalation judgment).Launch and refine AI-powered matching engines to align talent with agentic roles, ensuring high post-training deployment rates (target: 80%+).Provide job-aligned readiness certification and support real-world deployment into agentic operations.Stakeholder Engagement & Governance:Establish and lead a cross-functional Change Advisory Board (CAB) to manage risks, ensure alignment, and oversee transformation governance.Partner closely with HR, Finance, Engineering, Product Management, and Strategy teams to align transformation efforts with enterprise goals.Build and manage a Train-the-Trainer coach network to scale change initiatives and embed agentic behaviors across teams.Experience Design & Narrative Building:Collaborate with HR and business teams to enhance employee workflows and client experiences throughout the transformation journey.Drive storytelling initiatives around agentic AI, focusing on real-world outcomes, use cases, and value realization across business cohorts.Promote an agile, agentic mindset internally and externally through structured communication and engagement programs.Measurement, Feedback & Continuous Improvement:Create and maintain enterprise dashboards to monitor readiness, throughput, deployment metrics, and experience measures.Implement feedback loops to continuously evolve training content, role design, and transformation strategy based on real-world insights.Track productivity improvements and experience metrics across clients, employees, and teams to validate business case outcomes.Strategic Talent Rotation & Workforce Planning:Leverage natural attrition and productivity cycles to manage talent rotation with minimal disruption.Monitor rotation commitments and ensure effective redeployment into agentic AI service areas.Maintain high satisfaction rates on talent quality and experience among agentic teams and clients.Tooling & Enablement:Oversee the development and deployment of agentic tools for tracking, visualization, and monitoring of transformation progress.Ensure effective usage of platforms like Genome.ai and other agentic AI tools available at Client Zero.Embed learnings into systems and processes to enable company-wide scalability and sustainability.Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum Qualificationsyears of experience in change management, transformation leadership, or talent strategy roles.Proven track record of leading large-scale, tech-enabled transformations in global organizations.Deep understanding of cognitive services, AI delivery, and agentic technologies.Experience working closely with engineering and product teams; fluency in technical language and delivery models.Strong analytical and diagnostic skills; ability to
