Job DescriptionJob Description - Senior Associate / Principal Associate - General Corporate (Tier 1 Law Firm | Gurgaon)We are hiring on behalf of a Tier 1 law firm for their General Corporate practice at Senior Associate (3-7 years PQE) and Principal Associate (8-11 years PQE) levels.Location: Gurgaon
Compensation: Highly competitive, in line with Tier 1 market standardsKey Responsibilities:End-to-end advisory and execution on M&A, PE/VC, and general corporate transactionsDrafting, reviewing, and negotiating key transaction documents (SPAs, SHAs, JVAs, etc.)Leading deal teams, managing client relationships, and supervising juniorsHandling legal due diligence and regulatory compliancesRequirements:LL.B. from a reputed law schoolStrong experience in M&A, private equity, or general corporate advisory at a reputed law firmTeam handling exposure (for PA role) and proven client management skillsAbility to independently lead transactions (for PA level)
