- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets & increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients and key stakeholders.
- Develop & manage a sales pipeline, and provide regular sales forecasts to senior management.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers on the use of our ion exchange resins.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and potential threats.
- B. Sc / M. Sc (Chemistry) / Bachelors / Diploma (Chemical Engineering) or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in sales of Chemicals / Performance Chemicals / Specialty Chemicals / Lab Chemicals, preferably in an institutional sales role.
- Technical knowledge.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to meet with customers and attend industry events.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and ERP/CRM software.
